受到移民局的來信，麻煩白兔或pjiang幫助看看

我的一位朋友，他是主申請人。他的太太給移民局打了電話，受到如下來信。他不知所措，因為其結果要讓他們去麵試，他不知是福還是禍？煩幫助解答。
