匯報和問題：July 25 filer NSC receipt arrived

Sent out my 485, AP, EAD on July 23 with USPS.

RD: 07/25
ND: 9/19
Check cashed: 09/20
Receipts received: 09/26

Seems like NSC start working on the petitions received around the end of July.

A couple of questions, though

1. No priority date. My 485 is based on my proved NIW 140. Is this normal or should it be the same as my 140 PD?

2. Section: Unknown. This is listed under Notice Type cell. Since this is based my NIW 140, should it be "an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number has been approved", as listed in 485 application form Part 2. (Although my PD is not current yet)

3. A #. I got a A # based my previous EB1 petition which was denied. Now I have a different A # for my current 485 based on my NIW. Is it normal?

4. Just curious. For those of you July 2 filers who already got receipts, have you got EAD or AP? Just want to estimate when is my turn.
