請教EB1-b的certification for permanent position 該怎麽寫？

該寫些什麽呢？由學校哪個單位出這個證明呢？

我老公是博士後，不過學校支持他申請Eb1-b，不知道這個certification for permanent position 該怎麽辦？聽說以前也有Post-doc申請的時候，因為移民局以不相信這個位置是永久的而被劇了．

希望有經驗的前輩們多多指導，謝謝大家！
