我永遠也不明白NC的作用

(1)我從沒沒有聽說誰的NC不過,而拒絕他的CASE.不知他們查了多少的恐怖份子....

(2)在NC結束之前,申請者還在美國,隻是沒有綠卡,還可以有其他的身份.駕駛NC發現有問題在驅除出竟,那不一樣嗎?

(3) 我的意思是先發綠卡,然後慢慢的查,一點也耽誤事,效果是一致的.
