請問大家關於485 Pre-judiciary

先謝謝各位.
PD of EB2 LC is year 2004
RD of I485 is Dec. 2006
LUD of I485 is Jan.2007

I called TSC last Friday and got "Name Check is pending"
Today, infopass told me it's "Pre-judiciary" in Jan. 2007 (sounds like the same day of LUD)
I asked couple times about Name Check but the IO didn't answer.
Can anyone tell me what "Pre-judiciary" means?
Is my Name Check cleared or not?
