No receipt, 07/27 to NSC

My hu*****and filed 140 with 485 concurently to NSC, but we haven't got our receipt yet. Checks are not cashed. Does anyone have the same experience? Do you think we need to contact NSC for receipt? We are scared that our case will be rejected. Any suggestions?
