1. 140/485 pending，AP回國，在中國探親期間，140被拒，還能持AP回美嗎？如果140批準，485被拒的情況呢？
- You're supposed not to use AP, while people said you may still get in as you may challenge USCIS' decision on I-140/485

2. H1， 485 pending 超過180天，工作被layoff，在找新工作的過程中，需要轉換H1身份到其它身份嗎？還是說AOS有效就可以？
- You're in legal AOS as long as I-485 is pending. You need EAD to work for other employers or an H-1 transfer
