1、我先生的I140和I485是去年的11月上旬同時遞上去的，根據移民局網站的進程，現在是處理到2006年的11月15日。請問據您的估計我們還要有多久可以得到I140的消息呢？

2、我是否可以申請AP，是否可以不通過郵寄的方式而自己去曼哈頓的移民局申請呢？我知道用郵寄的方式要大概3個月左右的時間。因為今早我父親發生了大麵積的腦出血，我想申請加急的AP，不知如何是好？請您務必給我一個回複，好嗎？
