明年4月分有個會在CANADA開,3-4天吧,頭指名讓我去.我的問題是AOS但沒辦AP,如果現在半,NSC什麽時候能下來?聽說挺慢的.不知拿H1 簽證怎麽樣,另外去CANADA需不需要簽證,真心請各位大俠指教啊,

1) You need Canada visa to enter Canada
2) You don't really need AP or new H-1 visa to come back US, due to 30 day policy. And of course, there is sufficient time for you to receive an AP before next April
