轉發：RFE questions, please help!

I unfortunately got a RFE on my NIW case (PD this Jan, TSC) a few days ago.
The RFE is general (actually I found it include many sentences and paragraph　same as other people's RFE).
1)I found from my lawyer's copy of the RFE that the name after the
Petitioner is a strange Chinese name (should be my name instead). I asked my　lawyer, she told me since the A# is mine it should be correct. Is it
possible that USCIS made a mistake and send the wrong RFE?
2) After I sent my petition this Jan, I got one LUD on 8/12 which is common for many ppl, and a second LUD on 9/11. But nothing changed and it is same as 8 months ago. I feel weird because I should get a LUD telling me the RFE is issued.
Now I am so confused about what to do. Anybody has any insights please help me!
