白兔皮匠等大俠：有收據號，支票也取了，為什麽網上找不到case?

我是130，485，和765同時遞到芝加哥的，9月7號寄到的，notice date是9月19號，receipt number是MSC打頭的，三個收據號分別是MSC-0X-XXX-XXX03,MSC-0X-XXX-XXX05, and MSC-0X-XXX-XXX06. 除了最後一位數字不同，其他數字都相同。另外支票反麵的號碼除了最後一位，其他各位和收據號也是相同的，分別是MSC-0X-XXX-XXX01和MSC-0X-XXX-XXX02（我是按新的收費標準申請的，所以是兩張支票for 130和485).但是我按照這些收據好搜索我的case,卻說

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Case Status Retrieval Failed
This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

想請問各位大俠:
1. 大家是收到收據就馬上可以憑收據號在網上查到自己的case嗎？還是需要再等幾天？
2. 實行新的收費標準後，支票反麵的號碼和收據號不一樣，這是正常的嗎？
3. 我的case是在哪個處理中心處理的？
