Ask teachers some dumb questions - Thanks in advance

Hi, I scheduled an appointment through infopass to find out the status of name check. My dumb questions are

1. The RD date is 6/4. FP 6/27. Is early next month too early to get an answer? My name is really common, definitely top 5 common names.

2. Shall I mention that I plan to transfer to another office in another state after 180 days and let them know my new home address?

3. If I telecommute after 180 days, which means still working on the same clients owned by current office, but living in another state and showing up in another office, will it be treated the same as that I never change a position?
