PJiang, XBT, Can I link my NIW 485 to PERM 140

Hi, I submitted NIW140-485 in 9/2005. I left my research field for a better pay. My current employer also applied Perm 140 for me, It was approved in April 2006 (PD 1/26/2006). Can I link my pending NIW 485 to the PERM 140? Or I just need to submit another 485?
