Your wife will have a maximum of 6 yr H1B independently. Since your H1B time is used up, you will be eligible to spend a maximum of 6 yr H4 with your wife along with her legal H1b status. If you travel out of US for more than 1 yr. You will get a new H1b with another new maximum of 6 yr.
