FP notice before 485 Receipt?

我是EB3, 我的employer在7/30 寄出的 485, 765 and 131. 我昨天收到指紋通知， 從而得知我的485 case number(LIN center)。 online case status 說我的485 receipt notice 已經在9/7寄出, 但我並沒有收到。請問一般情況下，receipt notice 是寄給申請人本人還是employer?
