I140/485 cocurrent filing on 9/28/05. I140 got approved in 11/05, got 2nd Finger Print in March. In June, I have been to the infopass once, they told me my security background checking was not done yet. Then I called USCIS on 8/22/07, 3 weeks later, got that email notice. But if I log in my case to check, still nothing updated, even after twice finger print, case no update at all. Really don't know how FBI works.
If really NC is done, then we are hopeful, in 3 months USCIS could touch my case, maybe?
