hi I-824 is for kid in china? How about kid in

the USA? in what condition should the parents file I-824 for kid who is in teh USA ?

What is the purpose to file form I-824? for kid to file Form 485 as dependent when they turn to 21 years?

I was told that that the I-824 should be filed within one year after I-140 is approved. Is it right?

I am really at a loss about that. Please do help!
