- Supposedly you may not be admitted under TD/TN
*沒有任何簽證,拿加護照是否可以進美?
- The Visa Waiver Program is designed for those who have no immigrant intent. If CBP sees your I-140/485 history, you may be denied on admission under such program.

3.如spouse明年TD轉為H1B,為我申請H4,我因在美還是在加申請?
- If you have maintained your nonimmigrant status, you may apply COS whtin US
*SOORY.如spouse明年TN轉為H1B,為我申請H4,我應在美還是在加申請H4?
- It does not matter where you have to be. Since she is H-1, you may apply H-4 visa when you're in Canada (people said you may get H-4 at US border?), or apply COS if you're in US.
