1.我140和485被鋸.是否要馬上離境? 還是等收到通知後離境?
- If you have maintained your nonimmigrant status (not having used AP/EAD), you're fine to stay

2.我是加公民,是否過幾日可以又可進美(沒有任何簽證)?
- Supposedly you may not be admitted under TD/TN

另外,
3.如spouse明年TD轉為H1B,為我申請H4,我因在美還是在加申請?
- If you have maintained your nonimmigrant status, you may apply COS whtin US
