I filed 485 in July of 2007 and my wife (principal applicant) received her green card recently. However, I have to go back to Canada ASAP and will stay there for at least one year (I am a Canadian Maple card holder). Can I tranfer my 485 application to consulate processing green card in Canada? During the Consulate Processing in Canada, can I apply for B visa or other visa type to visit my family in USA? Many thanks!
