, QA in major pc manufacture, construction (bridge) research file NIW and got approved very quickly. They don't have any publications, patent. Just ask some references from customers and their boss. It seems to me many job related National Interests. If possible, why not have a try? I always try everything it myself and encourage my friends to try. It's not much helpful to talking too much. Immigration law is a very loose system, there is a lot of room to play. If you want to play it and have a fun to play, just play it.

Of course, if you have patient, waiting is not hell.
