我是在opt->h4 pending status,
my hu*****and H1,我們140走的NIW

請問，

我什麽時候申請EAD比較合適？
如果，申請了EAD，而140 被DENY, 我會不會立即OUT OF STATUS, 還是仍然是H4, 或者H4的維持又需要經過申請批準才能變成？


而我老公，一旦失去現有工作，我們的綠卡申請是不是也立即失效，還是如果他能夠在一定時間內找到工作就可以？
