thanks. I am just an ordinary IT guy. IGA is far from me, I guess.
I am thinking if I describe my situation to DOS, they could understand, will they? I wish. sign.
I indeed went back, but who will believe? Several people asked this before.
I talked to the Chinese embassy, they told me they will conside this situation. But I know it could just be an excuse.
