after a careful study, I know Lao Mei make mistakes. They put me as not subject, and give me H1 directly. But I strongly believe I am subject since I came from China. Do you think they will make mistake all the way to green card? I am not that naive.
I am sad that Chinese embassy is having very narraw vision regarding this. On the other hand, I am not optimistic with DOS either.
