Welcome notice, card, Approval notice

I got the welcome notice and GC already. About one week after the "card production ordered" email, got another email from USCIS said the approval notice has been sent out, but I haven't received it, it has been a week. Does it matter?

Background:
1. EB2 RIR, filed 5/2003, transferred to BEC, Philly
2. LC AD 8/2006
3. 140, 485,AP, EAD filed 10/2006
4. FP 11/2006
5. AP, EAD AD 12/2006 (not use them)
6. 140 AD 6/2006 (regular, NSC)
7. "card production ordered" email 9/7/07 from NSC
8. received card 9/15/07
9. "Approval notice sent out" email on 9/12/07
