I sent it out by priority mail in March 25. I tried to call DOS today via the phone # I found in their webpage. However, it is only for the status check with a case #. So withouth a case #, I can't get it through. Now I am really frustrated. It is only the first step of a long journey and I can't get it right. Do you have any suggestion? I am thinking about do it again and waste another $230 or $460. What do you say?
