June filer, got receipt on 7/12, no FP notice

I filed my 485 in June and got receipt on 7/12. Still I haven't got the FP notice. I know this is not normal. I called the NSC and was told it is common. Nothing they can do, just let me wait. Does anybody know if I can send a fax to them? and what is the fax number for NSC? or any other ideas? Got really frustrated.
