Tell you a fact

Firstly, tell you a story of my friend. He got a ticket about 60+ in a 45 limit road. He hired a lawyer, and won the case. He only need pay $100 lawyer fee.

There are a lot of cases are dismissed after court. Even you can tell judge that you are not driving so high. Everything has error including policeman radar record. Such as if policeman said you drive 80, you can say I only drive 70. You may still pay this 70 mile fine, but it is much lower than 80 miles ticket, right?
