The processing dates, as well as receipting dates, are for reference only. One can not count on such information entirely provided by USCIS.

As for I-485 petition, the processing date is not easy under control due to uncertainty of NC. With the end of fiscal year coming, USCIS is pushing to use up the quota to avoid being wasted like previous years. For this purpose, the newly adjudicated I-485s have been approved, regardless published processing dates.
