Any July-02 filer, who has receipt, but no FP?

My 485 RD is 07/02, ND is 08/29/. Both 765 and 131 were arroved on 08/30.
But I still have not got FP notice yet? Is it normal?
BTW,The case was sent to LIN, ended in WAC, transferred to LIN again on 08/30.
