I filed my I-485 petition in October 2004. The case was pending at USCIS for more than two and half year. On March 7, 2007, the case was transferred from California Server Center to Nebraska Service Center. Later I learned from a letter from NNCP Section Chief Michael Cannon that the FBI name check required for my I-485 petition was finalized on April 23, 2007 and the result was sent to USCIS. Since then, another 3 months has passed but I have not had any news from USCIS. Therefore, I write to you to draw your kind attention to my case and expedite my I-485 petition.
