後來，老師又想了一想，覺得不付那張帳單和罰款，也不會牽扯到信用分數和討債公司。怎麽講呢？因為，當 USCIS 在一定的時間內（比如 90 天），沒有收到回音，那麽，你的申請肯定會被 reject 掉，不會處理的。既然你的申請被退回了沒有處理，理論上你也就不欠任何申請費。這樣，USCIS 就沒有任何道理要求你再付費，不管通不通過討債公司，也不可以把你報到信用局去。
