485 approval

Just want to share some info.

NIW 140 & 485: 09/2005 VSC
Both transferred to NSC 05/2006
140 AD: 08/2006
485 RFE: 10/2006, employment verification, no LUD since
2nd FP: 03/2007, no LUD
Shortly after became AOS (AP)
485 AD: Today

Called CIS regularly after PD became currently this June. Was told conflicting answers about NC and clearances. Infopass twice - useless. Wrote to Congressman and FL, and very recently to FBI. Maybe one or some of these measures worked, who knows. But at least the congressman's office was kind enough to respond and follow up on the case.

NOT ALL HOPES ARE LOST. Best of luck to those who are still waiting.
