請教EB-1b 推薦信問題 (圖)

讀了好多關於NIW的文章，應該找獨立推薦人比較好、國際和政府官員的推薦信比較好。但EB-1b的推薦信找什麽樣的人比較好呢？自己熟悉的人比較好，還是獨立推薦信比較好？美國國內的就夠了，還是需要找國際推薦人比較好？需要政府官員嗎？ 謝謝！
