I'm afraid that nothing would help

Same situation here! I've contacted INS first thing this morning and talked to an immigration officer. My information was not in the system yet.

He is very honest and told me that they actually cannot do anything even it's after 90 days. As long as the cases stuck in the mailroom and are not in their system yet, what we can do is nothing but waiting patiently.

I asked him when will be the deadline that INS would come out a policy to deal with the cases that might been lost, like November or even December. He said that he has no idea.

I really don't know what to do at this point of time. Wish you good Luck
