3,因為140還在pending,如果140在H1B延期批準前被拒，由於我附了我140RECEIPT的COPY，他們可以查到我140的狀態，那我的H1B延期是不是也會被拒？

4,如果140被拒，appeal期間還可以延期6年以後的H1B嗎？
- Yes, and the approval H-1 remains valid even if the appeal is denied later
