address changed, how to get GC?

Hi I changed my address on Spet, and my I485 was approved on Sept 6, the CRIS told me that the welcoming notice was sent on Sept 7, but I did not receive it. I called USCIS and was told I need to wait 30 days for the retured mail. What can I do now? Please share your experience, thank you and have a good weekend!
