說把我們的材料轉到內布拉斯加的處理中心了．可是我們一開始就是寄到內布拉斯加的．是不是他們內部在互相轉啊？和我們沒有關係吧？另外，收據上的receive date is 7/2, but the notice date is 8/30. What does notice date mean? Thank you very much!
