My I-140 was sent to NSC on oct/16/2006. It was approved on 08/29/2007. the same day CSC sent me the receipt for my 485, 131 and 765. Then 765 and 131 arroved on 08/30/2007.

So i think your 140 will get aprroved any date from now. Most likely when they cash your checks, they will process your 140 at the same time.
