昨天問大家的問題,我 還是沒搞的太清楚, 人笨, 再問....

我140approved, 485 pending, AP 拿到,我的H1年底到期, 正在辦延期, 但是想在年底之前回國, 問題是:

1. 如果在拿到H1延期批準通知之前回國, 用AP可以回來嗎? 還是必須等到H1延期申請批準以後才能回去?? 有朋友說, 如果在延期申請pending期間回國, 我的延期申請就作廢了, 是這樣嗎??

2. 這樣回去, 對於我的485申請, 有沒有不利的影響??
