I have got "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident." on Sep/11 and not GC yet. I did not get any other email except see LUD on Sep/12 again.

Look like "mailed welcoming the new permanent resident." is the last email from USCIS in the GC process.

Lyon 兄 is an expert. He/She got the sequence:
"７、07年9月11日下午近5點（東部時間），收到USCIS一串關於case status information for receipt # SRCxx-xxx-xxxxx等編號的郵件，說是card production ordered，這才有了全家人的“Patric’s day”。
８、07年9月12日，全家人的online status變更為Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident。至此，整個過程基本完成。盡管是自己做的，但在整個申請和等待過程中，沒有接受任何關於補材料的要求，本人的online status也沒有任何變動，副申請人的online status也隻在打指紋後有變動！家人也多次出境，用AP或H4簽證返美，沒有遇到任何麻煩。"
