Transfer H-1b is totally new H-1b. Therefore, you need to follow the same procedure which you had done when you applyed for your last H-1b. Also you need to attach your form H-1b approval of noice.

我得到的簡單結論是,讓新單位重新申請, 不過要附上H-1b approval of noice作為transfer的依據.是這樣嗎?
