回複：接到I-140 RFE,律師向我要幾千美金的額外手續費

My colleague's I140 got RFE. The attorney prepared response. My 485 case got transfered to local office. The same guy help me prepared interview and sit right besides me during interview answered all legal questions. For all these, he didn't charge extra money.
Category of our cases are EB2.
