綠卡持有者能否/如何在美國境外學習 - Pjiang, XBT, radiology, thanks

朋友正申請綠卡,因孩子在加拿大讀大學(二年級),故走CP.現孩子收到Montreal 領事館的麵試通知.問題來啦,如果孩子近期拿到綠卡,

1. 不知能否繼續在加拿大學習?

2. 如能,需要辦啥手續(表格)?

3. 有無時間限製?
