TSC NIW-140 RFE---HELP! Xiaobaitu fsa2000 worthit

I filed the petition with the attorney's help in March, 6 letters total and 2 independent letters, none from my current boss. A few publications then and have a couple more accepted after filing. No citations as all publications are fairly recent. Below is the NIW-140 RFE received yesterday. It is from TSC officer #399. Xiaobaitu, fsa200 and worthit or other DXs, please help me interpret the letter. I understand that I would need more independent letters, other than that, what I should do? Can I use the acceptance letters of my new publications as evidence? Will a letter from my current boss help? My boss and I are not in the same research field at all. I am worried about the citation part too. Thank you all very much.

Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if employer were required to obtain labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. Any additional evidence submitted will be considered in conjunction with the current record to determine the petitioner’s eligibility for this classification.
