谘詢大家，網絡上是否可以查到我已成為單身

我和老公2002在大陸完婚，2003年老公申請我來美，2005年他向我提出離婚，我不答應。他告訴我就是沒有我的簽字也可以單方麵離婚，我離開他自己出去打工已有兩年多啦，在這之間我們都沒有聯係，之後他更換了手機，我也無法再聯係到他了。現在我想知道自己是否已離婚了，我該到哪兒查？？？
