that's wrong. green card is only for a future job

Question. I have two H1B visas and I am working full time for one company and part time for another company. Can I apply for a green card? TOP

The company that employs you on a full-time basis can sponsor you for a green card. Please keep in mind that the green card is only for a future job, not a present job, so if the part-time employer would like to hire you on a full-time basis in the future, that employer can sponsor you for a green card.
