Just got H1B RFE

The employer creates the position for me. What kind of evidence can be provided to establish the position meets the standards for a specialty occupation?

What can be used to prove the position is a common position required by similarly sized offices with similar annual incomes? How to get competitors normal required degree for closely related positions?
