when my parents apply visa next year, when they fill form 156, should they say yes or no to the question 'Have you ever illegally stayed in the U.S.?'

They have stayed here for about 8 months, should they wait for another 8 months to apply with ZhongXin?

Since we already filed 485 for my FB-2A application. we don't want to go into hassel filing another 130. If we stay on FB-2A, how soon can I expect to get my greencard?
