Problems when filed Eb3 485, and EB2 LC approved 140 pending, 謝謝

我是EB3的485 July Filer,因為沒想到可以在7月份就能遞,所以一直在辦理EB2,現在EB3 的485剛遞上去, EB2 的PERM　又批了，是不一樣的職位．我的問題是，因為我的EB3剛遞不到180天，現在我可以遞另一職位的EB2 140麽？這樣一來會不會違反了180天後才能換工作的規定而導致第一個485出問題？我還指望著從第一個４８５的優先日期轉過來呢．

The problem is my eb2 LC and pending 140 says that I'm holding the position. What can I do? should I withdraw eb2 140? Can I still take advantage of the pending eb2 140, or better leave it along?
